After Sales Coordinator

Position Level Senior Executive Requirements  Diploma or equivalent education level; background in Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred.  Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or related roles.  Strong communication and persuasive skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.  Pleasant phone manner, positive attitude, and self-driven personality.  Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).  Able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities  Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce DMG’s products and services.  Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to support the sales pipeline.  Update and maintain the customer database with accurate contact information and communication records.  Coordinate with Sales Engineers to arrange customer appointments and follow-up actions.  Handle inbound inquiries professionally and channel them to the relevant team.  Gather market feedback and competitor information from customer interactions.  Assist in preparing sales reports, marketing lists, and follow-up summaries.
