Requirements
Diploma or equivalent education level; background in Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or related roles.
Strong communication and persuasive skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
Pleasant phone manner, positive attitude, and self-driven personality.
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce DMG’s products and services.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to support the sales pipeline.
Update and maintain the customer database with accurate contact information and communication records.
Coordinate with Sales Engineers to arrange customer appointments and follow-up actions.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and channel them to the relevant team.
Gather market feedback and competitor information from customer interactions.
Assist in preparing sales reports, marketing lists, and follow-up summaries.
